Story
The Lutron Ra2 Select system offers a straightforward and efficient home lighting control solution that is both intelligent and easy to install. By combining various Ra2 products, users can customize their lighting controls to fit their unique needs at an affordable price point, while also ensuring that the system can be expanded in the future. One such product is the Lutron RRK-R6ANS-240, a 6A in-line switch that uses Clear Connect RF technology to facilitate wireless communication with other Ra2 Select devices. This device can be paired with Pico wireless controls, occupancy/vacancy sensors, and a main repeater to provide local and remote control over lighting and motor loads. The switch is capable of handling 6AX of general purpose lighting load and 2A 0.5HP of motor load. Key features and benefits of the Lutron RRK-R6ANS-240 include its ability to be remotely controlled from anywhere in the space when used with Pico wireless controls, its compatibility with the RA2 Select main repeater to enable programming of lighting scenes and daily event schedules through the Lutron App, and its compact size, which allows for easy retrofit installation. Additionally, this switch is suitable for ceiling installation and operates on a frequency/channel code of 868 MHz.
