Damaged Goods on Arrival? We're Here to Help!

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. To help us investigate, kindly email photographs of the damage and the packaging to support@lightingdesignonline.com. This information is essential for us to address the issue effectively.

We’ll gladly arrange the collection of any damaged or faulty items. Once we've received and inspected the goods, we will send out a replacement product at no additional cost.

Please note that replacement products are shipped via our standard delivery service. If you require express delivery, we kindly ask that you cover the difference in cost.
