Unwanted Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, and our straightforward returns policy helps ensure peace of mind.

For Public Customers:

You can return unwanted products as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with a returns order number, which must be clearly displayed on the package when you send the items back. Returns without this number cannot be accepted.

Please ensure the products are shipped back to us at your expense, arriving within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition: unused, in perfect shape, and with the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we’ll be happy to issue a refund or exchange, minus the original delivery costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Important: Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products cannot be returned.

For Trade Customers:

As a trade customer, returns are governed by our B2B terms. Returns may incur a handling charge of at least 25%, depending on the manufacturer. You must inform us within 3 days of receiving the goods to initiate the returns process.
